When a new member is admitted to a 'VL Group', he/she also becomes a member of the Danish Management Society, which charges a small annual membership fee. Most 'VL Groups' also charge a membership fee.

Membership is open to active executives in commerce, industry and service trades, the professions and the public sector. In addition, key executives playing an active role in the public opinion formation process are eligible for membership.

An executive is defined as a person taking part in a company's top-level decision-making process. In addition to executive board members and supervisory board members, membership is open to functional executives and the like in major companies.

As concerns the professions - auditors, attorneys and company consultants - to be eligible for membership, the person in question must take part in the decision-making process of the company in which he or she works as partner, shareholder, supervisory board or executive board member.

If you are interested in becoming a member of a 'VL Group', we suggest that you contact the liaison officer of the 'VL Group' that may interest you. Our secretariat may redirect inquiries regarding membership of a 'VL Group', but the Group itself makes all decisions regarding admission.
